[ Jan/Feb Newsletter ]

Greetings Brethren, This has been the hardest newsletter for me to write since the passing of our beloved brother Willie McKelvey. It is with great sadness that we come to you but we know we shall see him again in the kingdom of Almighty Yahweh. Brethren we hope you are in the best of health. The lost of one of our family members affect us all so let's keep sister Dorothy in prayer and her family as well. I've know Willie McKelvey for over 30 years and we affection ally called him Mack. We had grown very close with 2012 being the closest of all since we spent 3 weeks together in Africa, traveling all over Kenya. The brethren over there fell in love with him, Mack was a hit. I've heard from 3 of the Elders already concerning him and sending their condolences to Dorothy and the family. Mack was the treasurer of YPTC therefore we talked almost every day concerning the ministry. He loved his savior and would do anything within his power to fulfill the great commission. Mack was a generous man who was willing to help anyone who had a genuine need but he wanted to see what you were going to do for yourself first. He said don't come with your hand out if you haven't tried to solve your own problem first. Willie lived according to the covenant, he believed it and practiced it every day. Anyone who knew Willie McKelvey knew he was a blessed man who practiced what he preached.

In Deut. 28:1-14 it states: If you fully obey Yahweh your Elohim and carefully follow all his commands I give you today, Yahweh your Elohim will set you high above all the nations on earth. 2 All these blessings will come on you and accompany you if you obey Yahweh your Elohim:3 You will be blessed in the city and blessed in the country. 4 The fruit of your womb will be blessed, and the crops of your land and the young of your livestock—the calves of your herds and the lambs of your flocks. 5 Your basket and your kneading trough will be blessed. 6 You will be blessed when you come in and blessed when you go out. 7 Yahweh will grant that the enemies who rise up against you will be defeated before you. They will come at you from one direction but flee from you in seven. 8 Yahweh will send a blessing on your barns and on everything you put your hand to. Yahweh your Elohim will bless you in the land he is giving you. 9 Yahweh will establish you as his holy people, as he promised you on oath, if you keep the commands of Yahweh your Elohim and walk in obedience to him. 10 Then all the peoples on earth will see that you are called by the name of Yahweh, and they will fear you. 11 Yahweh will grant you abundant prosperity—in the fruit of your womb, the young of your livestock and the crops of your ground—in the land he swore to your ancestors to give you. 12 Yahweh will open the heavens, the storehouse of his bounty, to send rain on your land in season and to bless all the work of your hands. You will lend to many nations but will borrow from none. 13 Yahweh will make you the head, not the tail. If you pay attention to the commands of Yahweh your Elohim that I give you this day and carefully follow them, you will always be at the top, never at the bottom. 14 Do not turn aside from any of the commands I give you today, to the right or to the left, following other elohim and serving them. Willie was a blessed man because he belived in Almighty Yahweh he kept the covenant, he was a great tither and he always said you cannot get around Yahweh.

Willie loved Yahweh and man, but you had to be straight with him, you had to be a man or woman of your word. He also believed in forgiveness because he knew that we are not perfect yet. We are still striving for perfection. When you love your neighbor as yourself you have won the battle. When we look at Willie's life there is no question that Willie McKelvey was a blessed man. In Rom. 13:8-10 we read: 8 Let no debt remain outstanding, except the continuing debt to love one another, for whoever loves others has fulfilled the law. 9 The commandments, "You shall not commit adultery," "You shall not murder," "You shall not steal," "You shall not covet, "and whatever other command there may be, are summed up in this one command: "Love your neighbor as yourself." 10 Love does no harm to a neighbor. Therefore love is the fulfillment of the law. Willie showed he loved his neighbor because he put into practice the principles of our savior Yahshua in which he knew how to forgive when people sinned against him. He would also pray for those who tried to use him. He knew if he didn't forgive others he would not be forgiven. Matt. 5:43-48 it states: 43 "You have heard that it was said, 'Love your neighbor and hate your enemy.' 44 But I tell you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you, 45 that you may be children of your Father in heaven. He causes his sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the righteous and the unrighteous. 46 If you love those who love you, what reward will you get? Are not even the tax collectors doing that? 47 And if you greet only your own people, what are you doing.

Willie has received his down payment of the spirit because he believed in Yahweh and was baptized in the name of Yahshua the messiah our savior. The only name whereby we must be saved. Willie was a blessed man because he was loved by brethren all over the world and by his father in heaven, by his family and by our savior Yahshua the messiah. Are you blessed like Elder Willie R. McKelvey if not get to know his savior Yahshua who can grant eternal life through His Father in heaven Almighty Yahweh. In Eph. 1:3-14 we read: . 3 Praise be to Elohim and Father of our Master Yahshua the Messiah, who has blessed us in the heavenly realms with every spiritual blessing in Messiah. 4 For he chose us in him before the creation of the world to be holy and blameless in his sight. In love 5 he predestined us for adoption to sons through Yahshua Messiah, in accordance with his pleasure and will— 6 to the praise of his glorious grace, which he has freely given us in the One he loves. 7 In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, in accordance with the riches of Elohim's grace 8 that he lavished on us. With all wisdom and understanding, 9 he made known to us the mystery of his will according to his good pleasure, which he purposed in Messiah, 10 to be put into effect when the times reach their fulfillment—to bring unity to all things in heaven and on earth under Messiah. 11 In him we were also chosen, having been predestined according to the plan of him who works out everything in conformity with the purpose of his will, 12 in order that we, who were the first to put our hope in Messiah, might be for the praise of his glory. 13 And you also were included in Messiah when you heard the message of truth, the evangel of your salvation. When you believed, you were marked in him with a seal, the promised Holy Spirit, 14 which is a deposit guaranteeing our inheritance until the redemption of those who are Yahweh's possession—to the praise of his glory.

The Day Of Yahweh

The day of Yahweh is soon coming upon the world and many of the inhabitants of our planet have no clue to what is about to happen to them. This is why we have been given the great commission to warn those unsuspecting people of this Day of Judgment. We want to blow the trumpet so all the world hears as is commanded in Joel 2:1-3 Blow a trumpet in Zion, and sound an alarm on My holy mountain! Let all the inhabitants of the land tremble, for the day of Yahweh is coming; surely it is near, 2 a day of darkness and gloom, a day of clouds and thick darkness. as the dawn is spread over the mountains, so there is a great and mighty people; there has never been anything like it, nor will there be again after it to the years of many generations. 3 A fire consumes before them And behind them a flame burns. The land is like the garden of Eden before them but a desolate wilderness behind them, and nothing at all escapes them. In the book of Numbers 10:1-10 Yahweh commanded Israel to make two silver trumpets to be used for the calling of the congregation and the journeying of the camps. These trumpets were also for the warning of the children of Israel when they sounded the alarm so they would be remembered before Yahweh and saved from their enemies. The fire of Yahweh is about to test the people of the earth to see whether they will yield to the covenant or not. It's time to educate yourself in the Law of Yahweh to know what it is He requires of you. We are in the last days or latter days as the scriptures depict them. Almighty Yahweh has a group of people that He will hide during this time of tribulation and destruction of the earth. In Zephaniah 1:14-2:3 states: Near is the great day of Yahweh, near and coming very quickly; listen, the day of Yahweh! In it the warrior cries out bitterly. 15 A day of wrath is that day, a day of trouble and distress, a day of destruction and desolation, a day of darkness and gloom, a day of clouds and thick darkness, 16 a day of trumpet and battle cry against the fortified cities and the high corner towers. 17 I will bring distress on men so that they will walk like the blind, because they have sinned against Yahweh; and their blood will be poured out like dust And their flesh like dung. 18 Neither their silver nor their gold will be able to deliver them on the day of Yahweh'S wrath; and all the earth will be devoured in the fire of His jealousy, for He will make a complete end, indeed a terrifying one, of all the inhabitants of the earth. 2 Gather yourselves together, yes, gather, O nation without shame, 2 Before the decree takes effect—The day passes like the chaff—before the burning anger of Yahweh comes upon you, before the day of Yahweh'S anger comes upon you. 3 Seek Yahweh, all you humble of the earth who have carried out His ordinances; seek righteousness, seek humility. perhaps you will be hidden in the day of Yahweh's anger.

Almighty Yahweh's elect will be sealed and hidden during the tribulation of the earth which is the day of Yahweh. Will you be among those that are numbered for the first resurrection? If you are faithful in keeping the covenant and have entered into that covenant with Almighty Yahweh through the blood of our savior Yahshua the messiah. In verse 17 of Zephaniah chapter 1 it states the reason for the judgment of the day of Yahweh. "And I will bring distress upon men, that they shall walk like blind men, because they have sinned against Yahweh; and their blood shall be poured out as dust, and their flesh as dung." Sin is the transgression of the law; 1 John 3:4. What laws of Almighty Yahweh are you guilty of breaking brethren? If you have entered into the covenant of Almighty Yahweh you have an advocate with the Father, Yahshua the messiah who's blood cleanses all our sin. But this is only if you have not tread under foot the blood of the savior. In 1 Corinthians 11:23-31 states: 23 For I received from the Master that which I also delivered to you, that the Sovereign Yahshua in the night in which He was betrayed took bread; 24 and when He had given thanks, He broke it and said, "This is My body, which is for you; do this in remembrance of Me." 25 In the same way He took the cup also after supper, saying, "This cup is the new covenant in My blood; do this, as often as you drink it, in remembrance of Me." 26 For as often as you eat this bread and drink the cup, you proclaim the Master's death until He comes. 27 Therefore whoever eats the bread or drinks the cup of Yahshua in an unworthy manner, shall be guilty of the body and the blood of Yahshua. 28 But a man must examine himself, and in so doing he is to eat of the bread and drink of the cup. 29 For he who eats and drinks, eats and drinks judgment to himself if he does not judge the body rightly. 30 For this reason many among you are weak and sick, and a number sleep. 31 But if we judged ourselves rightly, we would not be judged. It is time that we examine ourselves sincerely to see if we are in the body of the messiah before we partake of the memorial emblems. If you are in the body of messiah you will be hid in the day of Yahweh which is soon coming upon this earth.

In Zephaniah 2:3 the meek or humble of the earth have kept the ordinances of Almighty Yahweh and they will be hid during the tribulation of the day of Yahweh. Obedience is something Almighty Yahweh seeks in His people. There are three types of people that will be destroyed in the day of Yahweh according to Zephaniah chapter 1. 1)

Those who worship the false mighty ones or idols. 2) Those who have backslidden from following Yahweh. 3) Those who have not sought Yahweh. Which of the categories do you fall into? I hope and pray that you fall into none of these categories and that you give your life over to our savior Yahshua the messiah.

Trinidad, WI.

My second visit to Trinidad went very well as we ordained brother Quincy George to help lead the brethren in that area. Deacon Theo Gabriel and I laid hands on brother Quincy so he can continue to do the work of Yahweh with more of the holy spirit. The work is growing in Trinidad and we need more servants in that harvest field. We glorify Almighty Yahweh for blessing his servants so greatly and we hope to return soon to aid in the growth of the Trinidad congregation. We have a couple of young men that want to be baptized. May Almighty Yahweh continue to bless the work in that area.

Eyes on Israel

Chemical warfare looms over Syria. Israel passes atropine to rebels
DEBKAfile Special Report April 13, 2013, 1:42 PM (GMT+02:00)

Israeli tanks on Golan border with Syria

As the Syrian civil way went into its third year this week, signs abounded of increasing readiness for the use of chemical weapons on both sides of the conflict.

Since February, the US, Israel, Ankara and Amman have been aware of Bashar Assad's resolve to override their threats and resort to deadly poison gas if the rebels closed in on the heart of Damascus. On April 3, an unnamed Syrian army officer made the warning clear. By continuing to advancie on Damascus, he said, "the rebels and their leaders" were assured of "certain death."

At about the same time, DEBKAfile reported exclusively that the Syrian ruler had ordered protective suits for chemical warfare and gas masks distributed to the 4th and 3rd Divisions defending the capital. Tank commanders were told to activate their filtering systems against chemical and biological agents.

Protective suits have since been distributed to the Syrian army units fighting in southern Syria and the Golan, the enclave divided between Syria and Israel by the 1974 ceasefire that ended the Syrian war of attrition after the Yom Kippur War.

These steps were registered by the joint counter-chemical warfare center set up between the US, Israel, Turkey and Jordan when President Barack Obama visited their capitals in the third week of March. In the last few days, Israeli troops were asked by this center to start handing out atropine injections or IV drips to Syrian rebels fighting Syrian troops on the Golan.

Extracted from deadly nightshade (Atropa belladonna), Jimson weed (Datura stramonium) and mandrake (Mandragora officinarum), atropine is highly effective for blocking such nerve agents as sarin, VX, soman and tabun and counteracting the effects of poisoning, such as nausea, vomiting, abdominal cramping and low heart rate.

The IDF's distribution of a chemical weapon antidote to Syrian rebels may be regarded as the first Israeli intervention in the Syrian conflict, a small step past administering medical treatment to Syrians wounded in battle.

The Syrian high command will have noted this, or been tipped off by its Iranian, Russian or Hizballah intelligence comrades. And, say DEBKAfile's military sources, this may account for the Syrian decision for the first time in 34 years to direct shell fire at an IDF Golani patrol on duty Friday night, April 12, in the northern Golani area of Kibbutz El-Rom.

No one was hurt. But in order to deter the Syrians from making this attack a precedent, Israeli artillery and a Tamuz rocket returned the fire, achieving a direct hit on the Syrian outpost.

The British disclosure April 12 in the Times of London of soil samples smuggled out of Syria provided forensic evidence of the use of chemical weapons but carefully avoided assigning responsibility.

Though containing traces of "some kind of chemical weapon" collected from an unidentified "neighborhood on the outskirts of Damascus," the British experts could not identify the type of weapon – possibly even tear gas – or whether it was fired by forces loyal to President Assad or the rebels fighting him.

DEBKAfile's military sources note that, even if Britain's MI6 secret service knew the answers to these questions, they would take care not to make them public so as not to build up the pressure for Western military intervention - pledged by President Obama in the event of chemical weapons being used in Syria – before the US president was ready to give the go signal

NEWS, NOTES, & NOTABLES

Looking Ahead to the Next New Moon: The new moon for the 2nd scriptural month should be visible the evening of Thursday, April 11, 2013. So watch.

In Genesis 1:14-18 we see the significance of the heavenly bodies. "Then Elohim said, 'Let there be lights in the firmament of the heavens to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs and seasons, and for days and years; and let them be for lights in the firmament of the heavens to give light on the earth;' and it was so. Then Elohim made two great lights: the greater light to rule the day, and the lesser light to rule the night. He made the stars also. Elohim set them in the firmament of the heavens to give light on the earth, 18 and to rule over the day and over the night, and to divide the light from the darkness. And Elohim saw that it was good." (NKJV)

Be sure to look for this new moon and report your findings to us by calling 717-383-6975.

We are commanded to pray for the sick among us in James 5:13-15 13“Is any among you suffering? Let him pray. Is any cheerful? Let him sing praise. 14Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly; and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of Yahweh: 15 and the prayer of faith shall save him that is sick, and Yahweh shall raise him up; and if he have committed sins, it shall be forgiven him. Let us pray for these people who have a petition before Almighty Yahweh.
